Mid-term Property visits are inspections at the property to ensure the Tenant is living in a tenant like manner and not abusing the property or there are not unauthorised people living at the premises etc. etc.
Whilst we any Agent will try and conduct as thorough an inspection as possible, you can't really invade the Tenants privacy, so you can look at the over-all condition and advise accordingly, you could start moving furniture around looking for damage. The purpose of a visit is to gauge a general overvue of how the Tenant is living.
Usually, property visits are conducted every 3 months, however if we feel there is a need to conduct visits more frequently, then this would be done
Yes of course, Landlords are entitled to visit their properties at anytime, provided it has been booked in with the Tenant and at least 24 hours notice has been given.
